Delivery

Your order will be processed within 1- 5 business days after being placed and you will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

All orders require a signature on delivery.

We aim to maintain stock levels, but on rare occasions we may have to order certain fabrics in which can take 7 - 10 days to arrive in stock. If this issue arises we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Options

Click & Collect (IN STORE COLLECTION):

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection, please bring order confirmation email and the payment card when collecting your order, otherwise your order will be held until these have been provided.Our store address is: Mandors Fabric Store, Fleming House, 134 Renfrew Street, Glasgow, G3 6ST.

UK Delivery

1st Class & 2nd Class shipments are posted via Royal Mail.

1st Class delivery aim is 1-2 working days (excluding the day of dispatch) and 2nd class delivery aim is 3-5 working days (excluding the day of dispatch) but is not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. On rare occasions orders may take up to 10-15 working days to arrive (excluding day of despatch) due to postal delays. Unfortunately delivery delays are out of our control. Once your order has been shipped we will email your delivery reference number which can be checked through the Royal Mail website.

Express delivery is shipped using a courier service. Deliveries will take 2 working days to arrive (excluding the day of despatch.) Parcels will arrive on Monday - Friday only, no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

Please note 'Express Delivery' option applies only to shipping time, not order processing time.

The cost of postage will depend on the total size and weight of your items

Postage costs will be automatically calculated at check out.

Please note Large parcels will be sent express as standard shipping is only available for parcels under 2kg. 

For Highland & Islands, Northern Ireland & Isle Of Man express delivery, please make sure the correct option is chosen at check out otherwise your order may not be processed.

International Standard Delivery:

All our international parcels are posted using a track and signed service. Deliveries can take 7 - 15 working days to arrive (excluding the day of despatch) but are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. On rare occasions orders may take up to 25 - 30 working days to arrive (excluding day of despatch) due to postal delays. Unfortunately delivery delays are out of our control. Once your order has been processed you will recieve an email with your tracking number.

International Express Delivery:

International express delivery is shipped using a courier service. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Please see below for time scales.

For all other EU countries, Australia, New Zealand & any other international destinations listed above express shipping is unavailable.

Customs & Duties:

Certain countries are subject to customs/fees. Please check with your local authority for any laws/restrictions you must comply with when importing goods. When placing an order through us, it is your responsibility to adhere to any import restrictions, laws and regulations in place in the recipient country.

Charges such as customs or import tax are at the discretion of the customs officials in the receiving country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any extra fees should they arise. 

We are unable to offer any assistance with this matter. 

For all parcels shipped to USA, we are unable to accept liability for any delayed, missing or damaged items.
